All participants wishing to take part in Summit 08 must pre-register by completing the form below and faxing it to the number shown:
If you are an ESA member and wish to attend the AGM proceedings, you must also pre-register on the form below:

Badges will not be mailed but must be collected on site.
A registration desk where you can collect your badge and conference materials will be located in the main reception area of the hotel.
Registration desk hours of operation are as follows:
15:00 - 19:00 on Wednesday 2 July 2008
08:30 - 09:00 on Thursday 3 July 2008
Participants attending the networking dinner on the evening of 2 July MUST collect their badge by 19:00.
