The European Snacks Association is Europe 's only trade organisation dedicated to the advancement of the savoury snacks industry on behalf of member snack manufacturers and suppliers.
We have a broad membership of manufacturers and supplying companies to the industry manufacturing potato chips, corn chips / tortillas, pellet snacks, baked snacks, crackers, pretzels, savoury biscuits, popcorn, pork rinds, meat snacks, fruit snacks, peanuts, other snack nuts and various other snacks in this category.
They include SMEs as well as some international companies such as P&G, PepsiCo, Lorenz Snack-World, Intersnack, Duyvis, etc.
We are the voice of the industry before the European Commission, its Parliament, and other key bodies.
ESA is looking for an intern to support the Brussels office, in particular with regard to the setting up of our European Nutrition and Health conference at the end of June.
Apart from the conference organisation, the intern will have the chance to get an overview of the Association's activities. Scope of work includes attending internal and external meetings on regulatory affairs, nutrition and health and communciations, administrative support and smaller research issues.
The internship will start asap and can last until end June or July.
